Super eggs

imageEggs , one of my favorite aliment 🙂
In 1 eggs is 8g of protein ,0g of carb and 5g of fat. Rich in omega 3 . And moderate in sodium ! His protein have one of the highest biologique value and a medium rate of assimilation.
You can separat the white (protein) and the yellow ( fat and protein) for having the macro you need. You can eat at every moment of the day , for breakfast with fruit or during the day mix with meat or veggie!
And on top for the lovely heart ❤️ you have to kill no animal to get it 😊👍!
For the quality of the maccro always use Bio call “0” 💪
