-Eggs : other source of complet protein and the best in assimilation! Also contains good fat . Yellow is rich in omega 3 specialy in the organic ! Great source of zinc ,vit D , B2, B12.
-Organic oats or buckweat : carb with low glycémique index ! Rich in fiber and bétaglucan! Good source of potassium and magnésium.
-Paprika : vitamine ans antioxydants.
I keep the sweet potato fries and the barbecue sauce for off season 😉👍
